How safe are your inflatable's?

To us, safety is paramount. All of our units are of commercial quality, safety tested and conform to strict industry guidelines.

All of our equipment is hygienically cleaned, regularly serviced and comply with UK Health & Safety regulations. All electrics circuits are protected with RCD's (power safety circuit breakers).

We don't hurry when setting up - all points are pegged down, cables stowed away to minimise trip hazards and enough safety mats supplied to cater for any unexpected tumbles. A full briefing is also given to ensure you are completely at ease should any unlikely problems arise.

What preparation is needed before you arrive?

Please ensure that paths and access to the site is free of obstacles. Please remove any overhanging branches, clothing lines etc. before our arrival. We will also need access to a suitable electricity power point.

What sort of surface do you need for the castle?

Castles situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat grass area so that they can be staked down it cannot be setup outside on concrete, over a path, stones, bark wood chippings, any sharp objects, car park or a public place. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess etc.

How is the inflatable secured to the ground?

Pegs are used to secure the inflatable to the ground when outside - when setup indoors in a hall then sandbags will be used. Please advise us if this is the case.

What about indoors?

All of our units are suitable for indoor hire (height pending). We use sandbags to secure the unit in this case.

Inflatable’s hired indoors have priority when it comes to delivery and collection times. This is due to strict time keeping policies that tends to come with hall hire.

How does the inflatable operate?

All of our units run on electric fans. The blowers must be kept switched on at all times the castle is on hire. Failure to do this will result in the castle deflating.

How much does the castle cost for me to run?

An average electric unit costs between 50p and £1 for a day’s use.

How many children are allowed on the inflatable at a time?

It all depends on the age and size of the children. As a general rule there should be enough space for each child to jump safely with enough room as not to bounce into others or fall off the unit itself. The Maximum amount of children that the manufactures recommend are clearly displayed on the inflatable's.  A responsible adult should always supervise and common sense must prevail.

What happens if a problem arises during the hire period?

It is very rare that a problem arises that cannot be dealt with by the hirer. But in the unlikely event one should arise feel free to contact us at any time and we'll be round ASAP to sort it out.

If I need to clean the castle what can I use ?

Our inflatable’s are thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to every hire. If it is necessary to clean any soiling prior to us collecting at the end of your hire then only hot soapy water (washing-up liquid or Cif) can be used to clean the castle. Chemical cleaning agents must not be used. It is important to clean any marks made quickly. face paints for example must be cleaned off immediately whilst it is still wet, if not the face paint will permanently stain the castle.

Our equipment is supplied under protection of a Public Liability Policy, which is subject to the terms and conditions of hire. You are responsible for supervision. We will provide written safety instructions which are based on current HSE guidelines,

Can I collect the inflatable from you?

No. We need to install and collect our inflatable’s ourselves for safety reasons and insurance constraints.
