Bouncy Castle Hire from Isle of Wight Bouncy Castles
Booking details & Agreement.
Please read the following points and if you have any questions about them, then please contact us as soon as possible.

Please be ready for our arrival by making sure that all access to the place you would like the castle setup is clear. Even when rolled up some of the inflatables are big heavy items so we will be using a trolley.

The castle when rolled up will fit through a standard garden gate, we will not be able to take it through the house to get to the garden.

Full payment is due once we have set up the Inflatable.

If there are any steps or the access is difficult please let us know beforehand.

Once the castle/inflatable is setup they cannot be moved.

The castle cannot be setup outside on concrete, over a path, stones, bark wood chippings, any sharp objects, car park or a public place unless discussed with us beforehand.

The castle cannot be setup on a steep slope (a graduate slope is fine) if unsure please discuss with us.

The area in which the equipment is to be used should be clean and clear of any hazards or objects that may damage the equipment e.g. sharp objects, animal waste. If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the site area of the inflatable, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival. The unit cannot be sited where any side of it is brushing up against bushes, trees, fences etc. We will be unable to leave equipment if we assess the area as unsuitable for assembly and use of our equipment.

The Inflatable will need a normal plug socket to operate the blower, this would ideally be within 30 metres of where the inflatable is going to be set up.

If Hiring Late night, for safety reasons the Inflatable should not be used once it is dark & there is insufficient light to use it, also please remember that once it does start to get dark the inflatable can become damp & slippery caused by the dew.

When we collect the inflatable we should not be obstructed or have any abusive language towards us in any way from anyone when collecting the castle.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the inflatable will fit safely where it is to be setup. All the dimensions for each inflatable & the space it will require can be found on our website or if you are unsure please contact us. If we do arrive and we are unable to set the castle up safely then full payment will still be required.

If hiring overnight than the inflatable must be set up in a secure area & all mats, blower and electric cables must be stored indoors.

You can cancel the castle anytime up to 48 hours before the event at no charge, cancelation less than 48 hours before then 50% of full payment is due, unless it is weather related in which case you can cancel on the morning of event (please see point 15 regarding bad weather).

If weather conditions are unpredictable on the day of your booking, we will telephone you that morning and confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the booking, or cancel and rearrange for a future date, at no additional cost. If the decision has been made to go ahead with the booking & you then change your mind to cancel once we have arrived then full payment will be due.

You will be asked to sign our Terms & Conditions before we can leave the Inflatable, these can be found out our website if you wish to read them beforehand.
Please note that all persons using this equipment do so at their own risk. The person or organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or recklessness.
Isle of Wight Bouncy Castles cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries sustained by anyone using the equipment hired.
